Admission Procedure for First Year Engineering / MBA / ME & Direct
Second Year Engineering
Admissions are through DTE only.
DTE, Mumbai
will be declare the allotment list of Students round wise for admission of First Year
Engineering, Direct Second Year Engineering, ME and MBA, to Academic Year 2014-2015.
Following Steps for Smooth Admission:
1.
Show the Allotment Letter in the office (Counter No.1) and confirm the name in the allotment list.
2. Distribution ofAdmission, Eligibility & Examination Form in the 0ffice (Counter No.2)
3, Students should be filled up the admission forms as per the instructions of student section in the
Classroom - L-1[A-105].

Admission Fees for A.Y. 2014-2015 is displayed on Notice Board/College Website www.mitcoe.ac.in
Admission Fees should be paid by only Demand Draft in favour of MIT College of Engineering,
Pune, payable at Pune.

The eligibility form of the University will also provided by the college. Eligibility Fees are as per
University Rule for Maharashtra State Candidate ({500/- only) & Out of Maharashtra State
Candidate (f1000/- only) + Form Fee is
(50/- only. Students should pay Eligibility
Fees by cash
only,

Verification of the Original Documents & form filling will be done in Lecture Hall 1 (Counter No. 3).
Acknowledgement Receipt will be given to the students at the time of verification also submission
of the Eligibility/ Examination Form for Eligibility form attached one Xerox copy of all original
documents,

Original Documents will be return after the verification of DTE Office, Mumbai & Pravesh
Niyantran Office, Bandra, Mumbai within fifteen days as per the schedule given by student
section. For collecting Original Documents student should present acknowledgement receipt
given at the time of admission.
10. After the verification of original documents student should report to counter No.
4/ 4A for
Online
Confirmation and submission of Original Documents.
11. After the Confirmation of admission on online website ol DTE, student should get the signature of
Office Authority or Asstt. Registrar on the Confirmation Letter.
12. Then Student should go to the Counter No.
5/
5A for the submission ofthe Admission Form & Fees
D.D. & get the receipt.
13. FOR RESERVE CATEGORY STUDENTS -

Reserve Category (SC/SBC/DTNT/VJ/OBC) students are informed that, they should go to
