Throughout his career, he has conducted and managed numerous site assessments, remedial investigations, pilot test, and remedial action plans at industrial properties including retail petroleum sites, bulk facilities, terminals and refineries. David has also managed projects involving industrial properties being evaluated under Ohio's Voluntary Action Program (VAP), worked on Superfund sites, and conducted assessments of solid waste facilities. He has additional experience permitting unconventional oil and gas wells in Ohio, co-facilitating public outreach meetings associated with pre-drill groundwater sampling events, and evaluating water sourcing and well siting constraints. Dave’s expertise includes: Environmental Assessment and Remediation Reviews and manages Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) field activities. Prepares documentation needed to obtain Covenants Not to Sue. Conducts feasibility analyses of properties with various uses and conditions, including roadways, manufacturing facilities, dump sites, and lagoons. Participates in environmental investigation, remedial design and site cleanup. Underground Storage Tank Site Investigations Performs, manages and coordinates hydrogeologic investigations using risk-based corrective action approaches.
