intended it to be enjoyed. Micro Matic introduces Pro-Line Wine with dedicated dual-temperature
zones: one for whites (45˚ F) and one for reds (55˚ F). Keg wine is a great value with minimal waste and
stays fresh until poured.

Cocktails on tap – a trend with the horizon as potential. The new stainless steel Micro Matic
Beverage Tank is the perfect container to mix, store and dispense cocktails, spirits, or just
about any beverage. Kegging is all about maintaining the integrity of the ingredients and
cutting down on waste.
Another benefit is that carbonation can be introduced to the entire cocktail, rather than
losing carbonation by mixing bubbly ingredients with flat ones. Carbonating in a keg
achieves a consistent level of carbonation up, down and throughout the drink. Or utilize
100% N or a CO2/N2 mixed gas for little to no carbonation. Use 304 grade stainless steel
fittings for all pre-mixed cocktails or spirit applications.
