Due to its expansion, the management team is currently looking for an Office Manager to support them in the daily operations of the company. The responsibilities of the successful candidate will cover various fields: - Human resources: payroll administration and recruitment support; - Finance: budgeting, accounts payables, accounts receivable and reconciliation; - IT Ops management; - Car Fleet, Insurances, Facilities and Office Management; - Commercial: database management; - Suppliers management and negotiation; - Internal communication and organization of corporate events; - Policies & Procedures; - Process improvement. Desired skills and expertise: Mandatory: - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; - Fluency in French/English or Dutch is a must; - Strong knowledge in MS Office (Excel in particular); - Proactive, autonomous, clear communicator and very good organization skills; - Willingness to learn; - Loyalty. Preferable: - Affinities with IT; - Assertivity; - Experience in a similar industry; - Immediately available.
