Avery Dennison Woven Separated Elements (WSE) and Fabric Separated
Elements (FSE) are a no-sew woven label embellishments that are heat-applied
to the exterior of a garment. Create logos and designs using separate elements
without the need for sewing, stitching or appliqué. FSE Dye Sublimation and
Reflective special effects allows you to create unique designs that elevate your
brand.

Lighter and more pliable than a traditional woven label or patch
The size, number of colors, spacing and size of cut-outs will determine
the pliability once applied to the fabric. Best results on white ground.
FSE PRODUCT REFERENCE
Specifications
100% polyester. Single color fabric - Shiny Bridal Satin

The size, spacing and size of cut-outs will determine the “feel” and
pliability once applied.
Recommended Heat Application
Temp:
Top Heat Only: 140°-16°C / 285°-330°F
Pressure: 4-8 PSI actual
Time:
1st Bond - 5 -10 seconds face up, GENTLY tepid
peel of the PS carrier (4-15 secs)
2nd Bond “in place” an additional 5-10 secs minus
the carrier
FSE Dye Sublimated elements must be covered with parchment paper
after removing the carrier for 2nd bond
Recommended Bonders
Avery Dennison AD-718 or AD-907 bonders or similar industry bonders
with top heat only
