The filled in form can be deposited at the respective Study Centre (SC) where one wants to attend the class or can be sent to HO along with the Demand Draft (DD) of requisite fee (mentioning Resonance Roll No. and Name at the back of DD) before the due date. Documents required along with the Registration Form: 1. Photocopy of JEE (Main) Admit Card 2. Photocopy of Class-XII board Admit Card (for Class-XII students) or Class-XII Board mark sheet (for Class XIII students) 3. Photocopy of Resonance Identity Card (I-Card) Note: It is mandatory to deposit admit card of JEE (Advanced) by 15.05.2014. Registration Fee (To be submitted along with Registration Form): 1. For YCCP JEE (Main+Advanced) students, the Registration Fee for the classes would be ` 2000/- which would be refundable in case the student fulfills following requirements: a. Maintains minimum 90% attendance in the JEE (Advanced) classes. b. Appearance in all the tests scheduled for JEE (Advanced) c. Submitted a photocopy of JEE (Main) Admit card, Score card and JEE (Advanced) Admit card d. Submitted a photocopy of X & XII board marks-sheet 2.
