Marsha Carr as CEO/President
Paul Caruso, Chairman of the Board announced the appointment of Marsha Carr as CEO/President.
Caruso stated, “Marsha Carr has been a valuable board member for nearly a dozen years, and her
more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry made her the right choice for this position.”
In her new position, Marsha will provide leadership and visibility for Success Capital in our service
area which includes Stanislaus, Merced, San Joaquin, Mariposa, Tuolumne, and Calaveras Counties.
Her proven leadership and vast experience both in banking and SBA lending will enable Success
Capital to continue to be a strong presence in the Central Valley and the foothill regions.

market, much of that coming from its friendly, well-trained, and long-term employees whom have
helped several local businesses obtain SBA financing for over a quarter of a century.”
Prior to joining Success Capital, Marsha was VP/Commercial lending officer with Delta Bank, in
Turlock, California, and prior to that she had more than 10 years community banking experience with
two other community banks in the Modesto/Turlock area, and also nearly 8 years with FDIC as a
Bank Examiner. Marsha graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business Administration, concentration of Finance California State University, Stanislaus.
Marsha Carr recently has been active in community and outreach programs, including
Turlock FFA Ag Boosters and 4H, but she has also been involved in the past with Leadership Turlock
and Center for Human Services. Marsha and her husband, Steve, live in Turlock with their two sons,
Colton & Cameron.
