Production Line includes (production capacity up to 140 kg/h):
1. Mixer (mixing and wetting of grains before extrusion) - 3,340 EUR
2. Extruder EKP-250 (Output up to 110 kg / hour of extruded corn puffs. Power - 380 V, the
Installed capacity of ≈ 22 kW . Required ventilation and supply of water for cooling the extruder) 11,760 EUR
3. Air Conveyor ( transporting corn puffs into accumulation bin) - 3,560 EUR;
4. Accumulation Bin (for the accumulation of corn puffs) - 4,750 EUR
5. The conveyor from the bin to the weighing device (used for measuring the dose of corn puffs for
filing Coating Pan ) - 3,470 EUR
6. Weighing device – 1,420 EUR
7. Installation of irrigation, oil (for coating of oil on the corn puffs to hold the sugar, salt,
flavoring on it) -2,555 EUR
8. Coating Pans (2 units) (used for coating sugar, salt, flavorings on corn puffs) - 6,910 EUR
9. Horizontal conveyor (To transport corn puffs from coating pans to packing machines) 3,305 EUR

Terms & Conditions:
1. Delivery time: within 45 days after receiving 50% prepayment
2. Payment Terms: 50% prepayment, the rest of 40% irrevocable L/C after signing a
report of acceptance by the buyer at seller’s factory or accepting video for buyer before
delivery. 10% - after the specialists will conduct training in client’s factory.
3. Guarantee for Production Line – 12 months.
4. Delivery: according to agreement.
5. Start-up costs: Buyer must provide visa support for 2 Seller’s specialists valid for the
period of start-up and adjustment, assure transfer from airport, provide hotel
accommodation (comfortable room for 2 persons) and 3 meals during the day through
the whole stay of specialists. Moreover shall pay 5% from the cost of the line to the
Seller.
