WHAT IS THE SELFLESS ELF 5K RUN•WALK?
The Food Bank of the Southern Tier is proud to announce our
inaugural Selfless Elf 5K Run•Walk presented by Wegmans!
Taking place on Saturday, December 6, 2014 in Corning, NY,
the event will be held in coordination with the Gaffer District’s
40th Annual Sparkle.
Our 3.1 mile course will take runners on a scenic route through
Corning during the holiday season ending in Centerway Square
as the 40th Annual Sparkle begins.
Interested participants will be able to register for the event online
for $25 and will receive a t-shirt & striped elf socks!
The objective of our event is to provide the more than 2,500 children
on our BackPack Program™ with two packs for the holiday break.
