MONTHLY CAREGIVER SALARY • Starts at HK$4,380, goes up to HK$6,280, depending on Caregiver’s experience, and the complexity of assignment • You will be the employer, and sign a FDH contract with the Caregiver. Salary is to be paid directly to the Caregiver AGENCY FEES • A one-off set-up fee of HK$14,800, inclusive of: - Visa application - Employment Contract notarization - Medical Check-up (both overseas and Hong Kong) - Caregiver’s airfare to Hong Kong & pick-up from airport - Caregiver’s food and lodging in Hong Kong before commencing assignment - Medical Insurance - Settling in programme - Caregiving consultation at your home - Quality control follow up calls during the duration of the Caregiver’s engagement - Caregiver’s Android tablet (for patient condition monitoring) - Caregiver’s uniforms POSITIVE SOCIAL IMPACT FOR PATIENTS & FAMILIES • Patient: Improved quality of life, morale.
