Definition 1. In this Declaration – “Registered medicinal product" "- as such is defined in the Pharmacists Ordinance [New Version], 5741-1981. Substances prohibited for distribution 2. Substances listed below are substances prohibited for distribution: (1) FDU-PB22 naphthalen-1-yl 1- (4- fluorobenzyl)-1H-indole-3-carboxylate (2) AM-2201 Benzimidazole Analogue (1-(5-Fluoropentyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)( naphthalen-1-yl)methanone Syn: FTHJ, FUBIMINA (3) EAM-2201 (1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indol-3-yl)(4-ethyl-1-naphthalenyl)-methanone Syn: F-JWH-210 (4) THJ-018 1-naphthalenyl(1-pentyl-1H-indazol-3-yl)-methanone Exception to content 3. This declaration shall not apply to a registered medicinal product or product exempted from registration under regulation 29 of the Pharmacists Regulations (Preparations), 5746 -1986, containing substances prohibited for distribution Validity 4.
