Özkanlar Vibratory Pile Driving Equipment ... STRONG, RELIABLE, LONG LASTING Since 1987 Ozkanlar is a worldwide company specialized in manufacturing of vibratory hammer for pilling applications. Ozkanlar Hydraulic Machinery Manufacturing Co.Ltd. has debuted to serve the Turkish industry in 1987. During its first years, our company has performed major repair, maintenance and overhaul work, for a widerange of heavy construction machinery belonging to municipalities and the Turkish private sector. In the meantime, our scope has widened and included many more kinds of services provided to the same sector. With the experience gained until now at vibratory pile drivers, Ozkanlar has established a worldwide network by the most skilled authorized agents in more than 25 countries. As a combination of the R&D researches, experienced team and technical background; our machines are in EU standards. With being economical, after sales service, and spare parts supply in stocks; the customer satisfaction is provided. Always working with the motto of maximum efficiency, Ozkanlar Grup aims at being among the leading companies in the sector with its experienced team, high quality products and service. OUR SERVICES Two main types of our vibratory hammers are excavator mounted OVR Series and crane hanging SVR series . OVR Series vibratory hammers are attachment machines which are specially designed for the driving and extraction of the sheet piles – steel and formed material that are used as channel wall – in deep and narrow sites. Ozkanlar Hydraulic Machinery also offers the SVR type vibratory pile drivers, which are used with cranes. This crane hanging SVR type enables the users to drive sheet piles and/or steel casing piles in various diameters and lengths into the different type of soil with its own power pack. Both SVR type machines and OVR type machines can effectively be used in various work sites in different soils like foundation works, marine works, infrastructure works, river or channel rehabilitation works, etc. Designed clamps and power packs can also be found in our product range. By the way, there are two newest product type of Ozkanlar hydraulic machinery. First one is OVF Series Vibroflotation Probes with the users can build stone columns by filling material in weak soils. The other one excavator mounted HG series Rota-Tilt Body whose body which can rotate up to 90° acts mechanically during the capturing of the steel profile which lays on the soil. Ozkanlar Vibratory Pile Driving Machines Vibration Free Part Eccenters Control Panel Hydromotor Vibration Case Hydraulic Clamp Hydraulic Hoses Driven Material Quick Coupling Elements Eccentric Moment (Mt ) Amplitude (A (mm)) Eccentric moment is the multiplication of the weight of the eccentric (m) and the distance between the center of gravity and its rotational axis (r). The eccentric moment of the vibratory hammer is the sum of all eccentric moments. Mt = (m x r) Amplitude is the total vertical displacement of the vibrating elements during one total rotation of the eccentrics. The maximum amplitude can be reached via following formula: A = 2xM Mv Centrifugal Force Fc (kN) Every eccentric makes a centrifugal force: Fc = m x r x w2 (w is the angular velocity for radian/S) Fc max = 1,118 x Mt x n2 x 10-6 Mt in Nm N= v.m or rpm Fc in kN A in mm Mt ( the moment in Nm ) Mv in tons Dynamic Weight mv ( t ) It is the sum of the weights of the material to be driven & extracted and the clamped head and the vibrating gearbox. Actually, the dynamic weight in the tables of our machines indicates only the weight of the vibrating gearbox. SVR Series Two main types of our vibratory hammers are excavator mounted OVR Series and crane hanging SVR series . OVR Series vibratory hammers are attachment machines which are specially designed for the driving and extraction of the sheet piles – steel and formed material that are used as channel wall – in deep and narrow sites. This technology enables the adjustable amplitude by positioning the eccentric block differently. The vibratory hammer, which runs without any resonance, starts the vibration by displacing the eccentric blocks via vibration increase button in the control panel or remote control. o o For the vibratory hammer run in the maximum amplitude, the vibration is obtained by 90o changing the position of the eccentric blocks (a 180o change at total) o o o o Vibro Hammer Selection Table Amplitude : (A mm) Eccentric Moment : (M kgm) M : m x r A = 2 x M Md Centrifugal Force : (FkN) 2 -3 F=0,011 x n x 10 x M Dynamic Weight : (Mdton) Excavator Mounted Vibratory Hammers OVR Series; Standard Series S Rota-Tilt Body HG Variable Moment VM OVR Series This range of hydraulic vibrators are specifically designed to be mounted directly on the dipper arm of excavators and to be powered by the hydraulic system of the excavator. The vibrator is then operated by the excavator driver, who has complete control of the piling job. The simplicity of the operation is a key feature of these machines; the interchange from bucket or other tool to vibrator is straight forward, and they can be used for driving or extraction without any modification. After being held at depth for a short time, the vibroflot is withdrawn and a charge of stone is placed in to the hole. 3.The vibroflot is reintroduced into the hole, the stone is compacted, forced out and tightly interlocked with the surrounding ground. 4.By adding successive charges of stone and compacting each one, a column of very compact stone is built up to the ground level. The reinforcing and compacting action of the stone columns serves to significantly improve the load bearing and settlement characteristics of the ground. OVF Series OVF VIBROFLOTATION PROBES FOR STONE COLUMNS Vibro Replacement method of constructing stone columns through fill material and weak soils, to improve their load bearing and settlement characteristics, provides an economic and technically sound solution to a wide range of geotechnical and foundation problems. To construct the Stone columns, Ozkanlar vibroflot is allowed to penetrate to the design depth and the resulting cavity is filled with hard inert Stone, free of clay and silt fines. The required interaction between the Stone columns and the surrounding soils, is developed by the Stone infill being introduces and compacted in stages, each charge of Stone being thoroughly compacted. The Stone Columns and the confining soils form and integrated foundation support system having low compressibility and improved load bearing capacity. In cohesive soils, relatively rapid consolidation is achieved through excess pore water pressures being readily dissipated by the Stone Columns. The power packs sense the possible breakdowns and reprogram itself thanks to its high-breakdown sensing technology. With its smart control system, it does not allow to work at any other mode but the idle mode until the system reaches the optimum operating conditions. Hence, all of the working parts endure longer. Ozkanlar Power Packs are closed hydraulic system. The servo systems are fed with a variable flow pump. The pump which gets its energy from the engine directs it to the vibrodriver through the connection hoses. The engine brand is optional. The cabin size is determined according to the diesel engine size. All of the components are easily accessed in our specially designed power packs, making the maintenance very easy. Thanks to the economy mode it has, the engine keeps running at the idle mode after a certain time that can be adjusted in the control panel. This would provide a fuel saving of %10 - %15.
