This Training Application Form has to be submitted together with:
1) the contingency plan for FMD and
2) the operational manual and SOPs (Standard operational procedures) which describe
human killing of cattle in your country.

During some training exercises, you will have to work on computers, which will be provided by the
organizer. However, for your own comfort and convenience, feel free to bring your own laptop.
Please note that the designated National Contact Points are responsible for the participant selection.
Selected participants will receive a confirmation letter containing all relevant information on the
training session they will attend.
