AXIOM Cost Consulting provides construction cost management services to developers, project managers,
designers, tenants, government departments, and project lenders in Western Canada.
AXIOM is focused on providing clients the highest value-added services by identifying each project’s unique
needs and challenges, and tailoring our approach to best meet the needs of the project. We have participated

David Schoonjans MBA, MRICS, PQS, GSC
David has worked in all sectors of real estate development with an emphasis on
commercial, institutional, and high-rise residential buildings. David has held senior
positions in some of Canada’s largest contractors, developers, & cost consulting firms and
has worked on many of the country’s landmark projects for more than sixteen years.
Garrett Ayers B. Arch. Sc.
Garrett has provided cost management & loan monitoring services on a variety of projects
in Ontario & western Canada including commercial, residential multi-family, single-family,
mixed-use, long term care, retail, industrial, & land servicing for the past eight years.
Raymond Bott BSc (QS), PQS, MRICS, LEED AP
Raymond has extensive experience providing construction cost management worldwide.
Based out of Vancouver, he has almost 20 years’ experience on a range of project types
ranging from single family residential to high-rise office and large institutional projects.
Gary Bowen BSc, MSc, PQS, MRICS
Gary has been providing professional construction cost management services for more
than eight years. Gary has worked with contractors & consultants and has developed his
key skills on flagship developments for both estimating & loan monitoring mandates.
