BRIEF HISTORY OF THE DISTRICT GHOTKI • District Ghotki was the part of District Sukkur till 1993. The District Ghotki was created by the Government of Sindh under notification No.1/18/93/REV/-I(IV)133 dated: 17.04.1993. Administratively this district is composed of Five Talukas i.e. Mirpur Mathelo, Ghotki, Khangarh, Daharki & Ubauro.
