Notes:
• The table above represents the resource estimate for June 30, 2013. An updated NI 43-101 resource estimate is scheduled to be completed by
December 2014. The updated resource table will take into account production to date from each of the deposits and any new resources that are
estimated using results from the most recent exploration drilling which was carried out in the calendar years 2013 and 2014.
• Mineral resources are not mineral reserves and by definition do not demonstrate economic viability. The current mineral resource for Roy Lloyd is
estimated from December 31, 2012 and does not represent resources extracted since that time.
• An estimated 18,900 tonnes grading 8.0 g/t gold (see press release May 13, 2013) have been blasted from the Greywacke test pit was processed
in the mill during September 2013 and the resource table above is not corrected for this removal of resources.
• A conversion factor of 31.10 grams per one Troy ounce gold was used.
• Komis open pit produced 38,770 tonnes at a grade of 2.44 g/t for the year ended April 2013. Since the date of the current technical report, Roy
Lloyd produced 22,737 tonnes at a grade of 6.07 g/t before commercial production, 6,519 tonnes at a grade of 16.21 g/t for the month of April
2011, 98,425 tonnes at a grade of 11.29 g/t for the year ended April 2012 and 54,636 tonnes at a grade of 8.09 g/t for the year ended April 2013.
The Roy Lloyd North open pit mine also yielded 10,727 tonnes at a grade of 5.93 g/t for its mine life in the year ended April 2013.
• Table above does not include Golden Band’s Jolu/Alimak, Niko/Kaslo, North Lake or Point gold deposits.

BINGO DEPOSIT – EXPLORATION 2014
• A 5,000 metre drill underground drill program was completed
in January 2014
• The program was designed to:
- Define mineable resources within the Bingo structure below
the 1,175 metre elevation (which is the lowest active level of
the Roy Lloyd gold mine.
- Test for additional resource to depth and along strike.
• Assay results were announced on April 24, 2014, with favourable
results.
• Data will used to better define the Bingo gold deposit structure.
GREYWACKE DEPOSIT (50% JV with Masuparia Gold Corp.)
Greywacke Deposit – Road development for bulk sample – September 2013
GREYWACKE DEPOSIT (50% JV with Masuparia Gold Corp.)
2014 exploration target areas are North, Main & Lyons zones.
Road development for bulk sample
taken in September 2013.
GREYWACKE DEPOSIT – EXPLORATION 2014
• Greywacke North deposit is an advanced-stage, high-grade gold
exploration project.
• Greywacke North Zone deposit remains open at depth and
potentially along strike.
• Several known high-grade gold-bearing zones exist within the
project area.
• The Greywacke project area will be tested through a multi-phase
drill program. A two-phase program is now being planned.
DECADE MINE
Decade Mine portal – June 2013
DECADE MINE – EXPLORATION 2014
• In May a drill program was carried out at the Decade Zone and
the Rod Zone.
• Drill program was for a minimum of 2,400 metres at the Decade gold
deposit and at the northeast extension of the Rod Zone (former
mined Jolu gold deposit). See results announced in news release
dated July 3, 2014.
• Decade deposit has potential to host additional resources on strike
and to depth.
• Decade deposit is close to the operational Jolu gold mill.
• Rod Zone extension hosts the historic “Pam”, “Blindman” and “East”
gold zones that also have potential to host additional gold resources.

MEDIUM TERM – EXPLORATION & DEVELOPMENT
The Company plans to develop and permit other gold deposits, which could
potentially supply feed for the Jolu Mill for future production. Some of these
include:
• Golden Heart Mine:
Bulk sample taken in 2013, viewed as an open pit mine with a 6.5 year mine life
based on current resources; requires permitting of pit area.
• Komis Mine:
Requires a geological model, resource update and a new mine plan.
• Corner Lake deposit:
A narrow high-grade deposit viewed as an underground operation. Requires
drilling to take the resource to Measured & Indicated category and permitting.
• Birch Crossing deposit:
Requires drilling to take the resource to Measured & Indicated category
and then permitting.

SUMMARY OF EXPLORATION & DEVELOPMENT
In addition to the Roy Lloyd Mine, the Company’s goal is to develop and permit
other gold deposits within the La Ronge Gold Project area, which could potentially
supply feed for the Jolu Mill for future long-term gold production. These include:
Golden Heart Mine
Komis Mine
Greywacke Mine
Decade Mine & Rod Zone Extension
Corner Lake deposit
Memorial, Tower Lake & Birch Crossing deposit zone
