1.Applicable to the party requesting to hold transhipment containers.
2.Charge Period: from the preceding vessel's arrival date until the date when the container is loaded to the connecting vessel.
3.The party requesting containers to be held has to confirm acceptance of the charge before arrangement.
4.For Change of destination cases requested after containers have discharged, the above rule is applicable
Empty Detention (1) For empty container picked-up and returned empty
(ET)
(2) The above Detention (DT) tariff amount is applicable but without free time (Free day = 0)
***DM: Demurrage is calculated from the day after laden ingate, up to and including the cut-off date
***DT: Detention is calculated from the day after empty pick-up, up to and including the day of laden return

3.POL or POD office/agent who request containers on hold have to confirm the charge acceptance before arrangement.
4.For COD cases which are requested after containers discharged, above same rule should be applied.
