The Organizing Secretaries of the zonal matches will appoint qualified Umpires for
the matches being played at their Colleges. ln case a College/lnstitution finds it
difficult to arrange qualified/suitable technical officials for the matches; the
Organising Secretary of the match(es) are allowed to engage person(s) after
obtaining approval ofthe Secretary/Asstt. Secretary, KUSC keeping in view his/her
sports achievements in the concerned game and experience in officiating in the
past.

All the matches will start at 9:00 A.M
3.
ln case of tie during the league matches, the matches shall be decided on the runs
scored by the team (average) and overs played by them during all the matches by
the team (as per M.C.C. rules).
