MASTER IN ARCHITECTURE WITH DISTINCTION
Master in Architecture with distinction, class of 2014. Thesis work argued for a new discursive
construction of the sublime. Previous work investigated the limits of geometric system,
infrastructure, prosthetic, language, decomposition of the body, and the role of architecture as
an active translator between the human and the beyond-human. Awarded AIA School Medal for
excellence in the study of architecture.

Bachelor of Arts with university honors in Art History. Written thesis explored the semiotic
re-transcription of the Viceroy’s House and greater plan of imperial New Delhi, India through

Taught fundamentals of architecture and design thinking to a studio. Constructed and
implemented a pedagogical strategy to introduce students to architectural issues. Wrote briefs,
gave lectures, and led discussions on design.

Developed strategy and organization of research lab at the Harvard GSD. Proposed current
and forthcoming research projects concerning the role of geometry across all facets of
contemporary design. Oversaw lab administration and project administration.

Researched theoretical and practical history of the integration of geometry and architecture.
Developed analytic case studies and performed primary research into the role of advanced
computation and mathematical geometry for forthcoming publication (with Andrew Witt).
Developed dynamic parametric analysis of the unbuilt work of Guarino Guarini. Researched
geometric properties and historical context of the late baroque work, and transposed that
analysis into a contemporary interactive virtual environment. Work was carried out under a
junior faculty grant from the GSD. (with Cameron Wu).

CNC TEACHING ASSISTANT
Responsible for operating CNC equipment in the GSD FabLab. Implemented, streamlined, and
updated MasterCAM workflow and safety procedures. Responsible for student training and
overseeing safe and efficient operation of equipment.
