Associate Engineering) at least with 2nd division.
F.Sc. (Pre-engineering/ Pre-medical). Intermediate in General Science, Computer Science,
Commerce or three years Diploma in Associate Engineering (Major in Electronics/
Computer Science/ IT) at least with 2nd division. Entrance Test is mandatory for admission.
(Note: - One seat is reserved for diploma holders in Associate Engineering.)
F.Sc. Pre-engineering/ A level (Math, Physics & Chemistry) at least with 1st division.
Entrance Test is mandatory for admission with 50% passing marks.

(ii) School Teacher’s sons/ daughters through Secretary Education Schools (iii) Army seat through GHQ (iv) Northern Area through Directorate of
Education (Gilgit Baltistan) (v) 2% seats are reserved for FATA (Through Ministry of State & Frontier Regions, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad)
(vi) Sports and Disabled quota will be decided through Sports & Medical Board established by the University (vii) Refugees (Settled in Pakistan
& AJK) 25% (viii) Pakistani Nationals one for each province through concerned nomination board. (ix) University Teachers’ & Employees’ sons/
daughters nominated by the Vice Chancellor (x) 25% Quota self supports for AJK National & Others.
Maximum age limit is 22 years for under graduate program. Application forms against nominated seats should reach the Directorate of Students’
Affairs on or before the last date.
How and where to Apply
The prospectus and application forms can be obtained from Directorate of Students’ Affairs, AJK University Muzaffarabad, Director Neelum Campus
(Athmuqam) against the payment of Rs. 1200/- through HBL Challan available at Authorized branches in AJ&K. Alternatively, by sending Bank draft of
Rs. 1300/- drawn from District head quarters HBL branches situated in AJ&K, in the name of Director Finance & Planning University of AJ&K. Candidate
applying for more than one departments/ categories should deposit Rs. 400/- per additional form. Completed applications should reach to the Directorate of
Students’ Affairs not later than 03-10-2014. The application form is available on University website www.ajku.edu.pk. The Bank Challan of Rs. 1200/(HBL branches of the University) or Bank Draft of Rs. 1300/- must be attached with Application form. Otherwise, the form will not be entertained.
(Note: Candidates have to deposit Entry test fee of Rs. 500/- for the program where entry test is mandatory and will have to show the deposit slip at the
time of Entry Test).
Required Documents
(1) Attested copies of all educational certificates. (2) Character certificate issued by college last attended. (3) Migration certificate in case of
Intermediate other than BISE Mirpur AJ&K. (4) Two copies of each Domicile & State Subject certificate. (5) Two copies of National Identity
Card (6) 4 recent passport size photographs.
