r,eiaxation in respect of qualifying service and trade test may be allowed for first promotion
oni',r during the restructuring of Artisan cadre vide MoD letter No. 11(5)i2009-D(CiV-I)
dated i4..A6.2010. Subsequent promotion(s), if any, may be granted after fulfllment of all
criteria for promotion viz. passing of valid trade test, fulfilment of residency period norms
rtc. All CFA(Fys) are, therefore, requested to communicate the above view to all L,ACs
under their jurisdiction for strict compliance.
A confirmation in this regard may also please be cornmunicateel this office
for record.
