BRYANT PARK
The Project is a $252.8 million dollar capital
investment project that features a new 32-story
building consisting of a 159 key luxury hotel, 66
new luxurious residential apartments, high-end
retail, restaurant and parking facilities.
The Property on which the new building and other
improvements will be constructed is located at 20
West 40th Street, adjacent to the New York City
Public Library between Fifth and Sixth Avenues
in New York City, New York. The Property is
approximately 12,178 square feet and the Owner
nears commencement on constructing buildings
that will be approximately 220,000 total square
feet together with other improvements.

BRYANT PARK PROGRESS UPDATE
The owner of the Bryant Park EB-5 Project is a joint venture between HFZ
Capital Group and MDC Capital.
At this time, legal agreements, including the final loan documents are being finalized. Upon finalization, U.S. Immigration Fund will ensure that the
EB-5 Lender will disburse the EB-5 funds to the Developer and construction
can commence. The $52.5 million invested by 105 investors in Bryant Park
Funding 100, LLC will create approximately 1,385 jobs.
USIF will continue to provide updates on the Bryant Park project as the
Owner moves forward with planning and development.
