For students and teaching staff, Odd Saturdays and for non-teaching staff 3rd Saturday s will be observed as Off-day during the semester except
during examination days. Any odd Saturday may be made working day in case of exigency of work. College, however, will remain open on all
Saturdays, except 3rd Saturday; any academic or other activities can be conducted on these days by the students and faculty members.

ST-1 & ST-2 will be of 1 hour duration. Syllabus for ST-1 will consist of 40% of Syllabus. ST-2 includes next 40% of Syllabus. The PUE will be of
three hour duration and will include full Syllabus (100%). Weightage of each test will be equal. For Calculating internal marks better of ST-1 & ST-2
will be taken into account along with that of PUE.

Students should be encouraged to attend more than 90% classes. However as per University rules students with less than 75% attendance will not
be permitted to take the applicable test.

ST-1 and ST-2 will be completed in 3 working days (2 papers per day). For PUE, Full & Half unit papers will be in one day.

Timings of I shift

08.30 am to 04.30 pm
Timings of II shift
:
11.00 am to 07.00 pm
Timing of the College on days the two shifts are combined
:
08:30 am to 04:30 pm
Timings for non-teaching: 08:30 am to 04:30 pm when both shifts are operational

Every Saturday Combined Shift timing will be observed.

During Exam and Common events like, sports, Genero etc. combined shift timings will be observed.
Note:
In lieu of 3rd Saturday of October (i.e. 18.10.14), 11th October, 2014 (Saturday) will be a college closed day.
