In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections
3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952)
read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules,
1956, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint
Smt. Remya, R., Advocate, w/o Sri Ratheesh K. Mohan,
Kakkanattu Ozhukayil House, Kadanadu P. O., Kadanadu,
Kottayam, Pin-686 653 as Notary for a period of five years
with effect from 6-6-2014 in the area comprising Meenachil
