from the perspective of Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights (as an institution
which assigned to manage the administration of the system), as well as law enforcement
institution, public (both the creator and other parties using a system referred to);
2. Harmonization of the legislation with the international developments in the field of
copyright, including:
a. Improvement of the terminology of the creator/the copyright holder;
b. Improvement the terminology for copyright protection based on international copyright
convention; and
c. The terminology which clearer about copyright, creation, creator, copyright holder,
publication, multiplication, communication to the public, distribution to the public,
computer program, related rights modified in accordance with the rules of Indonesian
Language become related to the copyrights, performers, phonogram, and fixation,
broadcasting institution in order to prevent and/or avoiding perception or different
