Amendment Note to the condition of contract
The condition of contract as per Appendix XI of public works financial and Account
Rules of Government of Rajasthan is attached with the agreement following
amendments ,
In place of the Governor of state of Rajasthan or “The Governor of Rajasthan
“wherever occurs in the said form should be treated as replaced by “The M.D
AZDUSS Ltd ., Ajmer.
In Place of the Government of Rajasthan wherever it occurs, should be read as
(AZDUSS Ltd.,).
In place of the Chief Engineer wherever it occurs, should be read as “ The Managing
Director ,AZDUSS Ltd,.
The authorized Engineer or the Engineer in charge wherever it occurs denotes the

Specification will mean the BSR 2013 Ajmer Circle specification approved by public
works Department unless mentioned otherwise. Classes 43 (onPage14) stands

Annexure’A”
Name of Works :- Civil work for Construction of weigh bridge foundation at Ajmer Dairy
Schedule showing material to be supplied by department to the contractor.
1. Water & Electricity for construction will be provided by Ajmer Milk Union free
of cost.
2. CEMENT
(1) Cement to be used for at construction work will be supplied by Ajmer milk
Union from the Godown situated in the factory premises at site. And recovery
will be made at Rs. 252/- per bag from contractor’s running bill .The empty
bags will be the property of the Ajmer Milk Union.
(2) For Storage of cement at site a temporary godown of suitable size with
lockable arrangement shall be made by the contractor for which no payment
shall be made. There will be two locks in gate one from contractor side and
other from department side .Daily cement consumption register will be
maintained at site.
(3) After completion of work if actual cement consumed at site less then
theoretical cement consumption statement then recovery of cement bag will be
made equal to theoretical consumption. If the actual cement consumption is
more than theoretical consumption than recovery will be made as per actual
cement consumption and condition no. 10 B of contract arrangement
pertaining to cement regarding double recovery of issue rate will be applicable
.
Part II
1. I/We hereby agree to abide by all condition of condition of contract as laid
down in appendix XI of the public Works Department Finance &Accounts
Rules of Rajasthan as amended to date in respect of work executed by the
state P.W.D. in execution of this work and also undertake to follow the
specification of the P.W.D/AZDUSS as laid down for the Building ,Road,
Sanitary, Electrification ,joinery, steel door, frames park railing work
etc.as may be applicable to similar contract in P.W.D. I/We also hereby
agree to execute the above agreement within 10 days of issue of work
order. I/We realize that my/our failure to execute the agreement within the
aforesaid 10 days will make me/us liable for forfeiture of my/our earnest
money, deposited for this tender, by the AZDUSS without any further
reference to me/us.
