AIM: raising awareness about brands and products marketed by the partners. 5.
DURATION The contest shall take place from 25th November to 31st January 2015. The deadline for participation by means of data entry at the contest homepage is 31st January 2015 at 23:59 hours. The final draw shall be held no later than 15th February 2015. 6. NATURE AND VALUES OF PRIZES There are 5 (five) prizes and each of them includes a round‐trip ticket in business class for two people from Munich/Germany to Venice/Italy with AIR DOLOMITI, an overnight stay in the Bed&Breakfast at the Hotel Diana**** in Valdobbiadene/Italy, wine tasting at the winery ADAMI SPUMANTI/Italy and a €150 STEFANEL gift card to be used in a STEFANEL direct store in Germany. Cash payment, exchange or transfer of prizes are excluded. 7.
PEOPLE ELIGIBLE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST The contest is only open to all legal residents of the Federal Republic of Germany. Participants have to agree to these terms and conditions. In order to participate in the contest it is essential that all personal data are true, otherwise they shall be excluded from the contest. Excluded from participation in the contest are employees of the initiators and minors. Each person may only enter the contest once. 8.
IMPLEMENTATION AND EXECUTION In order to participate in the contest it is necessary to be in possession of a card with a participation code, which shall be entered on the site www.dreamitaly.de, together with the personal data of the participants. Cards shall be distributed from 27th November to 7th December 2014, from 12th to 20th January 2015 on AIR DOLOMITI flights and for the entire duration of the contest in the STEFANEL direct stores in Germany (a list of stores is available at www.dreamitaly.de). In order to participate in the contest people in possession of a card must visit www.dreamitaly.de, enter the participation code and fill in the participation form with the data requested, i.e.: name, surname, full residence address, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number. After entering full data, people obtain the right to participate in the contest, provided that all other conditions have been satisfied. Each participant may enter the contest only once. Among those who enter the participation code and fill in the form in its entirety, 5 (five) winners shall be drawn; furthermore 3 (three) substitute winners shall be drawn. The final draw shall be conducted at the headquarters of STEFANEL GMBH in Munich. Winners shall be chosen at random by means of software (based on the Microsoft® Excel® random function). At the end of the procedure a document shall be produced which indicates the winners’ details. STEFANEL GMBH

9. METHOD OF AWARDING PRIZES Winners of the "Dream Italy" prize shall be notified by email, so the email address of participants is imperative for the effectiveness of the notification. Winners must accept the prize no later than 25th February 2015 (binding term) by confirmation email to [email protected] or by registered letter addressed to STEFANEL GMBH, Rosenheimer Str. 145 e‐f, 81671 Munich, Germany (the postmark shall be proof of delivery). Should the time limit pass without confirmation or reply by the main winner, the prize shall be awarded to the corresponding substitute winner, who shall have to meet the same conditions specified above within 5th March 2015 to accept the prize. There are no rights for the participant other than the rights expressly listed in the terms and conditions (therefore for example there is no right to airport transfers). Prizes may be claimed from 1st April 2015 to 31th July 2015, providing a minimum notice of 14 days, except in periods of high season and holidays, as agreed with AIR DOLOMITI and ADAMI SPUMANTI. GENERAL RULES The participation in this contest implies unconditional acceptance by the participants of all terms and conditions laid down in this document, without any restrictions. 10. METHODS OF PUBLICATION OF THE CONTEST AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION Cards shall be distributed from 27th November to 2014 to 7th December 2014, from 12th to 20th January 2015 on AIR DOLOMITI flights and during the entire duration of the contest in the STEFANEL direct stores in Germany (a list of German direct stores is available at www.dreamitaly.de). Full terms and conditions shall be available at the contest homepage at www.dreamitaly.de and at the administrative offices of the initiators. Participants give their consent to publication and use, for promotional purposes, of the personal data provided concerning the contest, the draw and the contest procedure, as well as to their use by the initiators. Participants may object to the publication and/or use of their personal data for promotional purposes. 11. HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA Data provided by participants for the participation in the contest shall be used only to process the contest and shall not be passed on to other parties, except as described in point 11 of these terms and conditions. 12. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS AND LEGAL ACTION Should any of the individual provisions of the terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by an appropriate provision, which comes closest to its original purpose. STEFANEL GMBH
