The candidates as recommended above for admissions to MBBS/BDS courses have been informed in writing on the day of counselling to report to their respective colleges for completing the pre-admission requirements as per provisions of the prospectus along with fee on 31.07.2014. However, as per schedule published in the prospectus the last date for joining the allotted college is 02.08.2014, therefore, any candidate who does not report on the above mentioned date, his/her case for admission may be considered upto 02.08.2014 beyond which his/her claim for admission shall stand forfeited/cancelled. 3. The original application Forms along with relevant documents of each candidates as recommended afresh from the waiting list for admission under reference are sent herewith for your ready reference and record. However, the candidates who have been shifted from one college to another their original application forms with relevant documents are required to be sent by the Principals of the concerned colleges to the Principals of the new allotted colleges through speed- post or by deputing special messenger in order to reach the same on or before 31.07.2014 in the respective colleges under intimation to this office. 4. The candidates who do not report for admission on the due date as mentioned above, necessary intimation to this effect along with category-wise list of the candidates so admitted may kindly be sent to this office through Speed-Post immediately after 02.08.2014 for filling up the vacant seats from the waiting list well in time. 5. It may kindly be ensured that before admitting the candidates, the final eligibility of each candidate must be checked/ verified strictly as per the provisions IV.(A) 1 to 4 at pages 13-15 of the prospectus and the discrepancies so pointed out by the counselling committee during the course of counseling should have also been got settled. The H.P. Boanfide/domicile and other reserved categories certificate(s) as well as attested photo-copies of relevant documents wherever required as per provisions of the prospectus may also be obtained from the concerned candidates. The photograph & signatures of the above candidates including the candidates already admitted as per Ist round of counseling, may also be verified/matched as per record and CD supplied by the CBSE based on AIPMT-2014 data which was sent to your by the Director, Medical Education & Research, HP vide their letter No. HFW(DME)H(III)G-58/10_Vol-V dated 30.6.2014. 6.
