Timing may change according to organizational needs. Each Workshop will be set up in theatre-style
including speakers table for two people, stage, projector, screen, one table microphone and one hand
held microphone.The theme chosen will be subject to final approval by the Organizer. For worskhop
assignment, the Organizer will give priority to requests from IAB Italia members.

reserves the right to make changes to the Exhibition layout according to logistical / organizational needs
and to confirm the indicated preferences on the basis of availability and / or the chronological order of
receipt of application forms.

If the Company chooses to use its own booth the project layout has to be previously sent for approval to
the Organizer - at least 60 days prior to the event.

PRICE LIST - INVOICE AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS - PENALTIES
The price of all services is the one stated on this document.
Requested and purchased services will be billed by HSM ITALIA Srl in the following ways:
• 30% deposit with payment by direct remittance
• 70% balance payment within 30 days of the invoice date (and no later than 24th October 2014)
Payments must be made by bank transfer in favour of HSM ITALIA Srl:

Transfer provisions must include the following reason: IAB Forum 2014, name indicated by the
applicant on this application form and the invoice number to which they refer.

1.- Terms and conditions of registration, payment and participation to IAB FORUM MILANO 2014.
1.1 Registration: To participate and subscribe to services indicated on this document for IAB FORUM MILANO 2014
event, which will be held in Milan on 25-26 November 2014, it is mandatory to fill in the registration form entirely,
send it to HSM Italia Srl and pay the registration fee by the date specified. Any changes must be communicated to
HSM Italia Srl within 45 days from the date of the event.
1.2 Confirmation: enrollment to the event will be confirmed by phone and/or e-mail using the data specified on the
registration form.
1.3 Waiver: In the event of cancellations notified by 26 September 2014, the Organizer will have the right to request
and/or withhold a penalty of 30% of the deposit. For cancellations received after that date, the penalty will be
equal to 100% of the total due for the services required on the application form. Any intention to renounce
participation must be communicated to HSM Italia Srl, Via Cerva n. 20, 20122 Milan, Italy.
1.4 Event schedule: HSM Italia Srl reserves the right to change the program of the event without notice.

Under articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the following clauses are specifically approved:

contractual obligations and/or the operations of an administrative, accounting or tax advice, statistics
(anonymously), promotional (official catalogue and information for the public and the press) and marketing and/or
comply with legal obligations. For the same purposes and/or needs, the data of the Exhibitor will also be shared or
sold to third parties. Data may be disclosed to the Exhibitor in charge of secretarial and/or marketing, in charge of
the accounting and billing, and other officials for the management and maintenance of computer systems. By
signing this application form, the Exhibitor authorizes the Organizer to use the data provided for these purposes.
They are, in any case, entitled to the rights set-out in article no. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and, in
particular, the right to access their personal information, request correction, updating or, when interested,
integration and/or cancellation of it if incomplete, incorrect or collected in violation of the law; and to oppose their
processing for legitimate reasons by submitting a request to the data controller at the e-mail address of the
