Our vineyards, recently expanded, cover an area of
5 hectares with an espalier planting pattern, south/
south-west facing at a 450m altitude.
Grape plants density stands at 4,000 per hectare and
grant a production of 70/80 quintals per hectare.
Our vineyards produce high quality grapes
IGT Campania, IGT Paestum and DOC Cilento.

grape cooling for 6-8 hours; destemming and soft pressing;
fermentation carried out within aseptic and sterilized
environment; vinification with skins, maceration for 12-15 days;
constantly controlled temperature of 26-28 °C
