IAN ANDERSON JOINS CBRE PHILADELPHIA AS DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH
CBRE EXPANDS RESEARCH CAPABILITIES AND POSITIONS COMPANY TO
INCREASE ITS PRESENCE AS CRE THOUGHT LEADER
Philadelphia, PA – June 16, 2014 – CBRE, Inc. (CBRE) is pleased to announce
the arrival of Ian Anderson as the Director of Research and Analysis for the
Greater Philadelphia Region. Ian has more than 20 years experience in marketing
and research in the financial services and commercial real estate industries. For
the past six and a half years he has served as Director of Research for Grosvenor,
a privately owned international property group. In this capacity he created and
directed investment strategies, wrote research reports focused on risks and
opportunities of property sectors and markets, and managed the activities and
priorities of the Americas fund management research department, among other
responsibilities.

Ian graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Political Science, and
obtained his Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Under his leadership CBRE’s already
accomplished research department will be positioned to expand its capabilities and provide more extensive
thought leadership to the commercial real estate community.
