We are happy to announce that we have successfully established and registered the Association of Medical
Histotechnologists of India’ (AMHI).This year the IHC and Histotechnology workshops are under the aegis of TMH and AMHI.
The aim of these two workshops is usher uniformity in pre analytical and analytical Histo and Immuno technology procedures.
The program is as follows:
Day 1: 26th December - “Workshop on Immunohistochemistry (IHC)”. Participants will perform IHC
Staining with commonly used markers.

Day 2 : 27th December- “Histotechnology workshop” wherein good practices of tissue fixation and
processing will be elaborated with an aim toward quality, consistency and
reproducibility.
