Responsible for the strategy of Saatchi & Saatchi, and its programme of continuous transformation across
the company’s global network and key clients. Developed the IP and practices to support Saatchi &
Saatchi’s positioning as the Lovemarks Company, running purposing, transformation and development
programmes for the Agency’s key market leadership teams. Instigated and has led the Lovemarks Academy
for over 3500 people and clients. Wide-ranging external speaker engagements across the world
to drive the reputation of Saatchi & Saatchi. Led project in 2010 for Publicis Groupe CEO on future
Groupe strategy. As of Jan 1 2013, also CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi S, the company’s worldwide
sustainability business.

Drove the profitable growth of the region, trebling EBIT and more than doubling the margin. Responsible
for 18 wholly-owned offices and a further 34 affiliate offices, whilst personally leading the Agency’s efforts
on key clients, including Toyota, Diageo, and Visa. Won an Institute of Practitioners in Advertising Award
for the talent-led programme that shaped the performance of the 1500 people across the EMEA region.

Joined the independent, fast growing Still Price Court Twivy D’Souza to work as an Account Director on
Virgin Atlantic, Warburtons and P&O Cruises; promoted first to Head of Account Management, then to
Managing Director; became CEO in 1993. Worked across the merged company’s blue-chip Client base
which included many divisions of Unilever, as well as Nestlé. Led and won business, including The
Economist in Europe, Pretty Polly, and assignments from the BBC.
