OFFLINE REGISTRATION FORM
Participation Fees
Full Participation: participation in all sessions, access to the
exhibition and poster areas, Summit bag, invitation to the
Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner, coffee breaks and
lunches (4 days).
Speakers Full Participation: participation in all sessions, access
to the exhibition and poster areas, Summit bag, invitation to the
Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner, coffee breaks and
lunches (4 days).
Students Full Participation: participation in all sessions, access
to the exhibition and poster areas, Summit bag, coffee breaks
and lunches (4 days).
Day Participation: participation in all sessions, access to the
exhibition and poster areas, Summit bag, coffee breaks and
lunches during the day of participation.
Students Day Participation: participation in all sessions, access
to the exhibition and poster areas, Summit bag, coffee breaks
and lunches during the day of participation.
Accompanying Person: access to the exhibition and poster
areas, invitations to the Welcome Reception and the Gala
Dinner, all coffee breaks and lunches (4 days).
Social Events: there is also the possibility to buy the separate
tickets to the social events: Welcome Reception (September 20,
2015), National Evening (September 21, 2015) and Gala Dinner
(September 23, 2015).
Social and Technical Tours: the list of social and technical tours
will be announced on the website of the Summit at the
beginning of 2015. The registration form for the mentioned
tours will be available in the separate form.
Registration Details
1. After registering offline, you will receive a proforma
invoice from the organiser with a list of the events you
have booked. The proforma invoice will be sent within 5
business days from registration form submission.
2. You will receive a confirmation of payment after the
payment is received.
3. If registered later than 20 days before the Summit it is
strongly recommended to inform Summit Secretariat by
email [email protected] about your form
submission especially if it was sent by a regular post.
Speakers / Chairs
Speakers and Chairs receive free entry on the day of their
presentations (value for single day registration excluding social
events). Please indicate in your registration form (box:
comments) on which day and in which conference you will be
presenting a paper or chairing a session.
If you do want to participate in other events or additional
conferences, please fill the registration form. The
speakers/chairs will receive the 30% discount to the Full
Participation fee.
If you do not want to participate in any events or stay at the
Summit, there is no need to submit the registration form.
Students
If you would like to register at the reduced rate for students,
please send within 2 weeks a copy of your personal
identification document and your student ID card to the
following email: [email protected].
Please note that participation in the Social Events, Technical
Tours and Social Tours is not included in any type of the
Students Participation fee.
Accompanying Persons
Accompanying Person registration is available together with the
regular registration. There is still the possibility to register more
than one Accompanying Person for the Social Events.
Press and Media
A press pass and our permission are required for journalists
attending the IDF WDS 2015. Separate registration form for
representatives of press and media will be published on the
website of the Summit in March, 2015. For more information

On-site Registration
If you would like to register on-site to the IDF World Dairy
Summit 2015, please pay the Summit fee in cash (euros) or by
Credit Card.
It is recommended to have the printed version of the
confirmation letter when registering on-site (for preregistrants).
Your name badge serves as your ticket to the entire IDF World
Dairy Summit 2015 or for the single day you have booked.
You will receive individual vouchers for participating in the
Social Events, the Technical Tours and the Social Tours. Please
present the vouchers upon entering the events.
Accommodation
The prices are indicated room per night, including breakfast,
transfers to the main Summit venues and VAT. The customer is
required to pay all costs incurred for accommodation, food and
drinks, as well as extras directly at the hotel prior departure.
In addition, the customer is required to meet any costs to the
hotel in case of the cancellation and no-show or in case of
changes of the booking. The hotel, which is booked, reserves the
right to charge the credit card given for the accommodation
costs and any later changes (cancellation fees, no-show).
The customer is liable for any damages caused in the hotel. The
contract for accommodation is between the hotel and the
customer.
Please note that special prices for accommodation as well as
transfers from/to hotels to/from the main Summit venues are
applied if registered via offline or online registration form.
Payments
Until the end of 2014 bank transfers are accepted in both litas
and euros. From January 1, 2015 bank transfers are accepted
only in euros. Any bank fees are payable by the participant. All
prices are per person (if not mentioned differently) and include
VAT. If the rate of VAT is increased, the prices will be adjusted
accordingly.
Please note that if the payment is not received until the deadline
applied for the registration type (e.g. early registration), prices
of the ongoing registration will be applied.
Terms of Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Summit Secretariat
by email [email protected] or regular mail to JSC
“ViaConventus”, Kestucio str. 47, Vilnius, LT-08124, Lithuania.
Refund of participants registration fees:
Cancellation before March 31, 2015 – 100% refund
(minus 50,00 EUR handling fee)
Cancellation from April 1 until July 19, 2015 – 50%
refund
No refunds after July 20, 2015
Hotel Cancellation:
The hotel booking can no longer be canceled free of charge
from June 1, 2015. Credit card information is required to
secure your booking. Please pay the hotel directly.
