IMT Manesar
IMT Manesar is located on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway (NH-8) at a distance of about 30
Kms from the Indira Gandhi International Airport. It has been developed by HSIIDC as an
integrated model township and is a home to many corporate houses. With a view to
augment facilities therein, following sites are being offered for Institutional use:

1. Permissible Usage: (i) Office of the State / Central Govt. / PSUs (ii) Offices of Professional
Group / Association / Society not engaged in commercial / manufacturing activities, Societies
registered under the Societies Registration Act / Trust Act or incorporated as a company under
section-25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (iii) Educational Institution viz. ITIs / Polytechnic/ Skill
Development & staff education and training centre (iv) Labour Facilitation Centre (v) Telephone
Exchange / Communication (vi) Post Office (vii) Office of public sector Financial Institutions /
Banks / Insurance Companies (use of site for operating commercial branch will not be
permissible).
2. How to apply: Interested parties may download brochure containing terms & conditions and
application form from the website of HSIIDC (www.hsiidc.org) and submit the same at HSIIDC
Office at IMT Manesar/Delhi/Panchkula on or before 5.00 PM on 25th August 2014.
3. Allotment Rate*: Rs. 20,030/- per sq. mtr. * or as prevailing at the time of allotment.
4. Mode of allotment: The allotment shall be made by the Allotment Committee as per
EMP-2011.
