Note that refreshing the browser could possibly allow the page to load completely Solution: Install the new .jar files to your EC-NetAX system. Urgency Distech Controls recommends all EC-NetAX users install these new jar files to any existing 3.6.406.2 or 3.7.106.6 systems to correct this issue. The .jar files are available for download from Distech Controls’ SmartSource: • .jar files (4) for EC-NetAX 3.6.406.2 • .jar files (4) for EC-NetAX 3.7.106.6 Instructions for ensuring proper installation of these .jar files: Update • EC-NetAX Supervisor Installation: 1. Stop any running stations and exit EC-NetAX. 2. Copy bajaui.jar, gx.jar, raster.jar and workbench.jar to <niagaraHome>/modules folder using Windows Explorer overwriting existing. Copy bajaui.jar, gx.jar, raster.jar and workbench.jar to <niagaraHome>/modules folder on your workstation machine using Windows Explorer. 2. Restart EC-NetAX (if same installation as above Supervisor workstation, omit). 3. Open a platform connection to the EC-BOSAX to be updated. 4. Using the "Software Manager" platform view, select bajaui.jar, gx.jar, raster.jar and workbench.jar. 5. Select the Update button and then the Commit button to install just as any other module update. 6. The EC-BOSAX will restart as a normal part of this process. • In all above cases, clear the various caches associated with the browser: 1. Clear the browser's cache. Clear the temporary internet files, cookies and history. Each browser is cleared differently. Use the browser's help for information on clearing its cache. 2.
