Dr. Haque began her career at Horizon in the fall of 2010 at their East Amherst Family Recovery Center which provides addiction counseling with a focus on adolescents and young adults as well as adolescent psychiatry and mental health services. Since then she has expanded her role to include work at Horizon’s Niagara Falls Boulevard location. “It is our pleasure to welcome Dr. Haque as medical director of our programs,” said Anne Constantino, President and CEO of Horizon. “Psychiatry services are extremely important in the spectrum of health care and are greatly beneficial to the wellbeing of our clients. With Dr. Haque’s strong background, she will be there to provide consultations and training to the clinical services and psychiatric teams and continued support to our clients and their families during what can be a difficult road to recovery.” Dr. Haque is a graduate of J.J.M. Medical College in Davangere, India and completed her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Buffalo. She has been part of the Rapid Pediatric Psychiatry Consultations at University Psychiatric Practice (UPP) at the University of Buffalo in addition to the Church Mission of Help Counseling Adult Psychiatry clinic since 2007. She currently resides in Williamsville, NY.
