Who are JSM?
Since inception JSM has been committed to
developing long term relationships with all our
clients.
With the ethos of providing quality and
competitively priced solutions, we deliver major
turnkey utility infrastructure projects and framework
contracts for both the Telecommunication and
Power industries.
JSM’s reputation within the utilities industry for delivery has enabled us
to secure main contractor status with a number of clients throughout
the Telecommunications and Electricity Supply Infrastructure sectors.

Whilst our core operations cover London and the
South, recent years have seen the business
successfully expand geographically to the SW
and Midlands and of late other parts of the UK.

JSM operate an almost exclusive direct labour model.
We only use specialist service sub-contractors who
have completed our rigorous qualification process.
All our engineers and support staff are highly qualified
and experienced with working in a utility service
environment.
All staff have a training and
development plan to ensure
appropriate certification
and qualifications are in
place at all times and to meet
client future requirements.
Fleet Mobilisation
JSM own and operate its own vehicle fleet
and plant ensuring full control, compliance
and cost efficiencies whilst enabling fast
deployment, mobilisation and flexibility.

SHEQ – Health & Safety
JSM has a dedicated SHEQ management team, focused on a positive and
pro-active approach to provide an Incident Free Environment (IFE) for all
employees and partners.
To achieve our objective of Zero Accidents we actively monitor performance
through regular site safety tours and JSM has instigated a programme of
Safety Behavioural Training that ALL employees attend and other initiatives
being implemented include:1. Introduction of Company Safety & Performance Rules
2. Continuous Training programme for Supervisory & Operational staff
3. Career development programmes for Senior Managers
4. Participation with manufacturers on product trials for PPE, Plant & Equipt.
SHEQ - Environment
JSM are implementing a carbon management strategy which has identified
initiatives and targets on which it reports performance annually.
Objective to achieve PAS 2060 Carbon Neutrality status to demonstrate no
increase in GHG emissions as a result of our activities.

SHEQ - Quality
JSM has been success in obtaining a number of Industry leading
accreditations including ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, Achilles and NERS for the
project management and construction of power cable systems up to 132kV.
JSM is also proud to report its success in obtaining the Achilles Link-Up
accreditation.
The quest for quality of the highest standard is a continuous one. JSM
operate a stringent Supplier Prequalification process to secure the services
of respected, experienced and competent Suppliers and Subcontractors
within the ESI.
Quality is measured on a daily basis by means of internal and external audits
carried out by various external bodies to which we are accredited and with
our Clients.
