JSM works wholly as subcontractor, installing duct and cable into the highway for Tier 1 contractors JSM secures a 51% stake in leak detection specialists Utilise 2008 1998 JSM started working towards becoming a full Tier 1 contractor whilst ramping down subcontracting work 2012 2009 Expansion into other specialist fields, fibre optic cable installation, splicing and oil filled cable maintenance. 2014 2013 JSM opens its Northern Operating Hub in Rotherham to service North of UK. Operations Headquartered in Potters Bar, London with London Operations Centre in Docklands. JSM have the ability to set up work hub locations and operational sites anywhere in the UK. Geography Whilst our core operations cover London and the South, recent years have seen the business successfully expand geographically to the SW and Midlands and of late other parts of the UK. Our people JSM operate an almost exclusive direct labour model. We only use specialist service sub-contractors who have completed our rigorous qualification process. All our engineers and support staff are highly qualified and experienced with working in a utility service environment. All staff have a training and development plan to ensure appropriate certification and qualifications are in place at all times and to meet client future requirements.
