Junior Tennis
Modeled after some of the premiere programs in
the country, RMTC Junior Programs include all ages
and levels of aspiring and dedicated tennis players. Through structured yet fun practices, organized
match play, fitness and conditioning, and tournament
scheduling, these programs offer players the opportunity to work toward and achieve their goals.
RMTC JUNIOR PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY
A revolutionary change in the way kids 12 and under
learn, play, and compete in tennis has swept the
country since 2012. Tennis is finally following the
formula that the majority of youth sports have used
for decades — tailoring equipment and courts to a
child’s size and age so that they develop skills and
have fun right from the start. This format enables kids
to learn, rally, play and compete in a way that is more
fun, keeping them coming back for more. At RMTC,
we have taken that direction and created our own
Player Development Pathway designed to help our
younger juniors achieve rapid, individually measured
progress. However, building on the strength of the 12
& under pathway, we provide opportunities for players 13 and older to continue to build on their foundation and work toward their potential as junior players
and players for life!
CHALLENGER PROGRAM WEEKEND CAMPS - NEW!
Following the success of the RMTC High Performance Tennis Program, the Challenger Program
is offering school year camps designed to provide
higher intensity, rapid development, weekend training camps during the fall and spring outdoor sessions. Through these camps, we increase players’
skills helping them to achieve greater development
during the normal weekly program. Challenger
Program Camps run Friday 4-6pm, and Saturday and
Sunday 10am-noon & 2-4pm. Cost: $170 members /
$220 non-members.

High Performance Tennis Program
The High Performance Junior Tennis Program at RMTC-Boulder is one of the most productive programs in the region. The
High Performance Pathway is designed as a very fast-paced
development pathway designed to prepare them for USTA
junior, high school, collegiate competition and beyond. The
High Performance Junior Program has two components:
High Performance Development Program (HPDevP)
The HPDP is designed for players who are ready to make
their first commitment to developing their game at a high rate.
HPDevP targets promising, focused 12 & under juniors who
are looking for tennis to be their main sport. Offered yearround, this program allows players to participate in the High
Performance Program in seasonal offerings of fall, spring, and
summer sessions.
High Performance Team Program (HPTP)
Modeled after some of the top player development programs
both nationally and internationally, HPTP offers a fantastic opportunity to serious, aspiring tennis players to achieve their goals
through highly demanding and rigorous, structured, fun training
that aims to develop the complete tennis athlete. This program
is available by invitation only! However, interested players may
apply for participation. For more information about HPTP or
HPDevP, please contact Donna Chitambar at 303-495-3340.
