Please make arrangements for babysitting. CLASS SIZE Each class must meet the minimum requirement of 6 students. If a class for which you have registered does not have enough students, we will contact you and make arrangements for another class time. Occasionally, classes may be regrouped or rescheduled. 1 PARENT PARTICIPATION Parents attend each class with their child as an active partner and guide children in their daily practice at home as they complete their weekly assignments. Most importantly, parents provide the support and commitment that is essential to success in music. COURSE COMPLETION We hope that students will be able to complete the entire course of instruction. It is understood however that a parent may withdraw a student from the program at any time providing that notification is given 30 days prior to the termination date. Students may be reinstated in the program at a future date with the teacher’s approval. ABSENSES The tuition you pay reserves a place for your child in a weekly class. If you must miss, please call (630) 682-1334 or email [email protected] before class to notify us. Although there is no reduction in tuition for a missed lesson, it may be possible to reschedule your child in another class. Please remember, it is important for you and your child to attend every class and to be on time. This enables your child to be successful in our program. RECITALS We have an all school festival in the spring, where students participate with their class in a positive, first-stage experience.
