KEM PEMILIHAN/ASSESSMENT CENTRE BAGI PROGRAM PERTUKARAN
BELIA ANTARABANGSA TAHUN 2014
Kem Pemilihan Peserta/Assessment Centre bagi tahun 2014 akan diadakan
sepanjang bulan Februari - Mac 2014. Tujuan Kem Pemilihan/Assessment Centre ini
diadakan adalah bagi menilai dan memilih pemimpin-pemimpin belia yang
mempunyai minat dan berkelayakan bagi mewakili negara ke program-program di
peringkat antarabangsa.
Golongan belia di seluruh Malaysia adalah dialu-alukan untuk memohon dan
mengisi Borang Permohonan bagi Program Pertukaran Belia Antarabangsa Tahun
2014 telah dibuka pada 15 Disember 2013 yang lalu dan tarikh tutup serahan
borang-borang tersebut telah dilanjutkan kepada tarikh yang dinyatakan seperti di
dalam lampiran. Bagi mereka yang telah menghantar borang permohonan adalah
dimohon untuk menghubungi Jabatan Belia dan Sukan Negeri (Tuan Rumah Pusat
Penilaian) untuk maklumat lanjut. Terima kasih.

SELECTION CAMP / ASSESSMENT CENTRE FOR INTERNATIONAL YOUTH
EXCHANGE PROGRAM IN 2014
Camp Selection / Assessment Centre for The International Youth Exchange Program
2014 will be held in February-March 2014. The objectives of this Camp Selection /
Assessment Centre is to evaluate and identify the most suitable candidate to be
chosen to represent the country for the youth exchange program at the international
level based on the qualification and interests of the applicant.
To all Malaysian Youth, you are most welcome to apply and please complete the
Application Form for International Youth Exchange Program Year 2014 and the
closing date of the submission has been extended to the date set out in the
appendix. To those whose already send their application form, please do contact the
nearest State Department of Youth and Sports (Host State for the Assessment
Centre) for more information. Thank you.

OFFICIAL STAMP) and COMPLETED FORMS for further
consideration. Forms that receive via fax/photocopies will be
considered as VOID/NULL.
ii.
Please attach along the latest passport size photo (2) when
returning your COMPLETED FORM. The photo should be on a
blue background, showing head and shoulders only.
iii. COMPLETE FORMS must be sent to and reach the address
below or via any nearby The State Department of Youth and
Sports before or on the CLOSING DATE: 15 FEBRUARY
2014. The FORMS RECEIVED LATER THAN THE
MENTIONED DATE WILL NOT BE ENTERTAIED.

CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERNATIONAL YOUTH EXCHANGE PROGRAM
2014
CRITERIA: -
1.
MALAYSIAN only.
2.
Aged between 18 to 29 years old
3.
Must be a member of any youth organization registered under Registrar of Youth (ROY)
4.
Never been subjected to DISCIPLINARY ACTION from the association or any other
agencies.
5.
Those with a GOOD COMMAND OF ENGLISH as a working language to ensure smooth
exchange activities (spoken and written).
6.
Be able to participate in the Camp Selection and Pre-Departure Training (PDT) for each
program offered.
7.
Creative and talented in the fields of culture and sports.
8.
Knowledgeable in the youth movement in and outside the country.
9.
Competent and have the competency / personality and willingness to cooperate in a team.
10.
HIGHLY SELF DISCIPLINED and always have a sense of keeping the SELF-IMAGE OF
THE CONTINGENT and COUNTRY.
11.
Have a good level of leadership and the ability to carry out the responsibility entrusted

Comply with the directives and ethics as a participant in overseas trips organized by the
Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia.
