KLP01 Diaphragm Pump
KLP Micro diaphragm liquid pump from Kamoer are
based on a simple principal of the oscillating
displacement pump which is remarkably simpale in
design. The circular power from the motor is converted
into vertical movement by an eccentric. This motion is
then transferred to a diaphragm by means of a
connecting rod which in conjunction with an inlet and
outlet valve creates a pumping action.
KLP 01 type liquid pumps can be mounted in any position
and can deliver up to 0.5~0.7 l/min depending on the
model and will operate against pressure to 5 bar.

1 Materials of diaphragm

Currently we provide two materials of diaphragm for selection:

2 Motor selection
Currently we provide eight kinds of motor for selection:
KA:24VDC brush motor(56mm)
KB:24VDC brushless motor(67mm)
KC:12VDC brush motor(56mm)
KD:12VDC brushless motor(67mm)
KE: 6VDC brush motor(56mm)
KG:24VDC brush motor(82.5mm)
KH:12VDC brush motor(82.5mm)
KI: 6VDC brush motor(82.5mm)
Note:Single head for KA、KC、KE Motor,Dual head for KG-KI Motor, Single or Dual head for
KB、KD Motor.

3 Pump head selection
Currently we provide 1 or 2 pump heads for selection, see photo:

Note: When select two pump heads, you can use it for two-way output, or for one-way output.
If use it as two-way output, it equivalents to two diaphragm pumps run at the same time;
If use it as one-way output, the flow rate would increase.*
*Total increased amount of flow rate is closely related with tubing connector when pipe merged
,tubing ID. In order to reduce flow rate loss, recommend use Kamoer three-way tubing connector.

Note: 1.No-load current is the current with no fluid pumping.
2.Rated current is similar to input and output current value when pumping liquid(water) under
the atmosphere.In the process of actual use, with the increase of liquid viscosity and input and output
pressure, the operating current could corresponding increase.
