SHORT FORM SPECIFICATION
Provide Lainox Combi model KME 061 (S/X) combination-oven/steamer. Unit shall have the ability to cook with pressureless steam, hot air, or combination mode.
Temperate range from 30°C to 300°C with the ability to manage relative humidity using the AUTOCLIMA function for precise results regardless of load. Product to include
the Interactive Cooking System (display automatic cooking program and allow modification of factory pre-set programs), rapid cool down mode, “CALOUT” automatic
descale function, lighting inside door casting light onto food, core probe with four points of measurement with front panel “plug and play” capability for different core probe
options, 2 speed fan management with auto-reverse function (normal / reduced), and Fast Dry system where perfect browning and crispiness are guaranteed. Unit
provided with a range of special automatic programs, which include Multilevel and JIT, regeneration, hold, browning, night cooking, vacuum packed, leavening, and
defrosting. The multilevel and JIT program used to simultaneously cook food with different cooking times and different sizes perfectly. The night cooking function is a
program that cooks food slowly at low temperature to maximize meat yield and achieve perfect doneness. All units must include a steam generator for constant supply of
fresh steam. Cavity design creates shorter cooking times and perfect uniformity through exclusive air conveyors in the cooking compartment and the high pressure autoreversing fan. All X models come standard with the “AWS” Automatic Wash System for cost effective and simple cleaning function without the need to touch or directly
handle chemicals (Optional on S models). Provide start-up inspection service by a factory authorized service agent.
