General instructions and conditions
1. Application must be filled by the candidate only.
2. Before filling the application form, please read eligibility criteria for Training Program.
3. 2 recent Passport size photograph should be affixed after taking the print out of application form.
4. Applicant must fill his/her valid address while applying.
5. Please fill the application form completely. Incomplete application form will be rejected.
6. Providing incorrect/false information will lead to cancellation of candidature or termination from training.
7. Unsigned forms will be rejected.
8. KME’s AIMS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY decision regarding admission shall be final and binding on all
candidates.
9. Applicants under Minority only need to apply, need to attach the income certificate issued from the
competent authority.
10. Hard copy of the duly filled application form along with necessary enclosures (as per the list provided)
should be sent in sealed envelope to the KME Address. KME’s AIMS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY Near Badi
Kaman JM Road Bijapur 586101 State Karnataka.
Eligibility
1. Applicant should be a resident of Karnataka.
2. Applicant age should 16 to 24 years.
3. Applicant should Passed in SSLC. Any Medium (attach 2 copy of mark sheets Attested by the head master).
4. Applicant should belong to Minority OBC, SC, ST etc. only. (attach 2 copy of valid income caste certified).
5. Only for applicants from BPL category, i.e. Income below 2 lacs per year. (attach 2 copy of BPL certified).
6. To receive the certificate from KME’s INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, attendance, completion of assignments
and examination is a must.

Please do not make multiple registrations. If the candidate makes multiple registrations, then all the
registrations may be rejected and candidate may not be allowed to appear for the course.
8. The list of selected candidates will be informed by our letter.
Selection criteria of Candidates:
The filled applications need to submit KME’s Head office as per the submission dead line mentioned in the
advertisement/Websites etc.
1. Merit lists of eligible applicants by way of giving weight-age in minimum educational qualification, gender,
BPL, unemployment or informal employment, knowledge of computer. The merit list will be prepared in
accordance with the following procedure:  Weight-age for performance in Academic score of SSLC / Xth
Range: 35% to 60% - 2 Marks , 61% to 70% - 4Marks , 71% to 80% - 6Marks
Range: 81% to 90% - 8 Marks , 91% to 100% - 10 Marks
10 Marks Max.
(The weight-age is allowed to those applicants who attach 2copy Marks Sheet Attested by the Head Master)
 Weight-age for physically challenged children

(The weight-age is allowed to those applicants who attach 1 copy of handicap certificate)
 Weight-age for fatherless children
