CIRCULAR All the principals/Physical Directors of Satavahana University Constituent and affiliated Colleges(UG/PG ) are hereby informed that the Satavahana University Inter collegiate tournaments for the year of 2014-15 will be conducted in the following games & sports in two phases by the respective organizing Secretaries. Hence you are requested to send the entries along with the entry fee to the co-ordinator (Mr. Srinath Reddy) at Vivekananda Degree & PG College, Karimnagar on or before 20th Oct 2014 by 2:00 PM and the entry fee must pay in cash only. NO ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ENTRY FEE AND COLLEGE AFFILIATION FEE AND AFTER THE LAST DATE OF ENTRIES. The following are the details of the fee to be paid towards entry fee S.No Particulars 1. Team should bring their eligibility forms (game wise) and College ID duly signed by the principal and the physical director, other wise they will not be allowed to participate. As per the AIU rule(Age, SSc memo, Intermediate passing etc.) the age is below 2. The out stationed teams will be provided with unfurnished accomidation and should vacate immediately after their match. 3. Teams should bring their College flag for march-past(mandatory) 4. Teams should bring their College own playing ,aterials /Kitt( TT Balls approved by TTFI, Skylark/Fenta for Badminton, Glorex /Gloria for Cricket) 5. Pattern of Table Tennis Women - 2 Singles 1 Double Men - 5 single played by 3 Players 6. The team/Players have to maintain Uniform I.e. T shirt and Shoes. 7. Cross Country Players should bring Medical Certificate, otherwise they will not be allowed to participate in the event and they should wear the shoe during the race. 8. All teams should report 15 minutes before their match failing which their team will be scratched. 9. The college, with separate principals for UG and PG, they have to pay separate entry for UG and PG 10. The TA and DA to the participating players and team Managers should be borne by their respective colleges. 11. The Tournament Committee (Conveners & Coordinators) reserves the decision in all matters. 12. The University selections will be followed by the finals. 13. Direct Selections will be Conducted in case in any event, required no. of entries are not received i.e. 6 teams in men and 4 in women. 14. Readmission in the same class is not eligible to participate in ICT of SU 15. The Principals are requested to issue the eligibility form to those students only who are on the roll for the year 2014-15 and on verification with original SSC and Intermediate Memo of Marks to conduct the Tournaments smooth and Successfully. 1.
