Keith Ramsey is a God-fearing, beard-loving, concrete-hating, good ol' boy who was born in
Huntsville, Alabama and raised all around the Tennessee Valley. He joined the group after a
lifetime of paranormal events that began with visions at the age of 5. Keith saw his first
apparition at age 9 and has had the gift of sensitivity and "sight" ever since. On investigations he
is often contacted by spirits. While not investigating paranormal claims, Keith has worked in
landscaping on and off for the last few years because he loves the freedom of working outdoors.
Keith's life revolves around God, family, close friends, camping and fishing.
Keith married in 2011 to the love of his life Tracy Ray to whom he met in the paranormal field.
They travel the US to speak about their abilities and what brought them together.
Keith is a long-time musician who uses music as a way to engage spirits during investigations.
He's been a singer, songwriter and guitarist with several different bands throughout the years,
including The KEITH RAMSEY BAND (KRB), SOUTHERN BLOOD, URA-KIA, THE
BOTTOM LINE, and the Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band, COMIN' HOME. Keith credits his
uncles – Gospel Singer/Songwriter Donald Ramsey and professional guitarist/session artist
Maurice Ramsey – for introducing him to music. Keith started writing during his early teenage
years after sifting through poems and songs that his grandmother Rachel Willamena
Rhodes-Ramsey wrote throughout her lifetime.
Bio for Tracy Ramsey
Tracy Ramsey was born and raised in Minden, Louisiana. At the age of 18 she moved away,
married, had 2 children who are now grown with their own lives and children, making her a
grandmother. She lived in South Texas for 23 years and now she is back in the town in which
she was raised. She is married to the love of her life Keith Ramsey from the Syfy show Deep
South Paranormal. Tracy and Keith travel around the US speaking at paranormal conventions
about their spiritual path and how the paranormal led them together.
She became aware of her medium and psychic abilities at the age of 6. This discovery would
eventually lead her to research and explore the spiritual aspects of life, death and the hereafter, as
well as psychic phenomena in general. Her first medium experience was at her grandmother’s
house and after it occurred they both realized the gifts she possessed. Her grandmother was the
only person that knew of Tracy’s abilities and told her to never tell a soul about them. She also
told her to use her abilities to help others in a way that would not expose herself as the gifted
person she was. At age 6 this was just a little confusing to her, but as she grew older Tracy
realized why her grandmother had said the things she had. Tracy noticed that she was different
than most kids and adults for that matter. For many years she tried to forget and ignore her
abilities but it did not work. She continued to receive messages from beyond. Just to ease the
sheer volume of the communications she was receiving she began revealing the information to
those that needed to hear it. She did this for 39 years of her life. Eventually, her abilities grew
and became more draining for her. Eventually she realized she was what was called an
empathy/sensitive. She had battled many illnesses and undergone surgeries and came to
understand that not all the symptoms were her own. Feeling like her gift was a curse; she
became anti-social, would not go anywhere, and could not be around a lot of people for fear of
feeling their sadness or pain. She would not go to her friends homes because if they had
pictures up of their loved ones that had passed she would feel how they passed and see the event.
This resulting in her becoming very depressed for over two years, but her visions became clearer,
her hearing got better, and her sense of smell was so keen it drove her half crazy. Her dreams
began to interact with her other abilities which allowed her to understand her abilities even more.
But the more she learned, the more nervous she became.
So what made her go public with her abilities? A series of events occurred to bring her “out of
the closet”…
Afterlife communication had always been in her life. At age 6 she talked to her grandfather
who died 5 years before her birth. And while the messages she received over the years never
frightened her, in 2011 that changed. Her gift took her down a new path that she was not quite
prepared for. She began getting visions that were not pleasant concerning the fate of some
missing children. She was not sure of how to handle the information, or what she could do with
it. Then one day she saw an advertisement for The Texas Ghost Show in Beaumont, and decided
to attend. Having never been to a paranormal convention she thought she might get some
answers or confirmation on the things that she was experiencing. She went alone because no one
knew of the experiences she was enduring. There she met many people who understood her
situation, but was also able to discuss her situation with David Rountree, who helped her come to
terms with her gift and the information she received. Finding someone who understood her was
like a breath of fresh air and she no longer felt she was crazy or needed to hide her gifts any
longer.
Tracy plans to continue to help her family, friends and others the way she has always helped
them. But she also wants to participate in research to expand her knowledge and find the answers
to everyone’s question that can relate.
She plans to expand her education and to help other understand the abilities that they may have
especially in children. She believes she will not get these answers in her life time so it will be up
to the children of the future to find them. She is also in the process of opening a Metaphysical
store.
Tracy is a paranormal and Bigfoot researcher/investigator and has worked with several groups.
She is currently working to help children that may need her help and would like to work with the
law enforcement/FBI on cold cases.
