Contagion (Steven Soderbergh | Rated PG-13 | 106 minutes)
Contagion follows the rapid progress of a lethal airborne virus
that kills within days. As the fast-moving epidemic grows, the
worldwide medical community races to find a cure and control
the panic that spreads faster than the virus itself. At the same
time, ordinary people struggle to survive in a society coming
apart.

Guest Speaker via Skype - Lindsay Hayes, Ph.D.
Lindsay N. Hayes, Ph.D. is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Johns
Hopkins University in the Schizophrenia Center in Baltimore,
MD. Dr. Hayes’ specific field of research is neuroimmunology
in a translational research environment. She grew up on the
Ozarks and received her B.S. in Chemistry from Evangel
University, Springfield, MO then her Ph.D. in Neuroscience
from Brown University, Providence, RI. Her presentation will
focus on her experience from a STEM student to becoming a
research scientist.
