Mount Ayr, IA - Effective July 1, 2014 Practical IT solutions and expertise, enabling Ringgold County Hospital to improve lives and enhance patient care. Ringgold County Hospital (RCH) has entered into an IT outsourcing agreement with ICE Technologies, Inc. (ICE) to provide IT operations that enable the facility to achieve annual IT goals. As a part of the agreement, ICE provides a full-time IT Operations Manager, Systems Engineer, and part-time Chief Information Officer. On-going management, support, and optimization of RCH’s Electronic Medical Record, McKesson Paragon, are also included. “RCH is committed to developing and maintaining IT Systems that will meet the challenges addressed in the Affordable Care Act and meet the requirements of the Health Information Exchanges,” said Gordon Winkler, Chief Executive Officer at RCH. “A closer partnership with ICE Technologies will provide the expertise and resources to meet the demands in the rapidly growing area of Healthcare IT.” RCH has been partnering with ICE for various projects and IT assistance since 2002.
