Note:
1. Party will collect documents relating to special points and advance paras files from Hqrs.
2. Party may prepare all the audit inspection reports in Hindi and ensure to send IR and
related files to Hqrs. within 3 days of completion of audit.
3. All observations to be incorporated in IR should be linked with KDs properly.
4. TA bills should be countersigned by AAO/Sr.AO in respect of Sr. Adr/AAO respectively.
5. Party may take transit on Monday from Chandigarh and back to Chandigarh on last
working day irrespective of distance (as already circulated).
6. Minimum two advance paras should be contributed by each audit party in the quarter.
7. Party conducting the audit of any head office will collect and submit list of DDOs under
that head.
