Rapidly Hydrating Polymer for Frac . MM200 and MM201 (brine
version) is a combination friction reducer and viscosifier blend
that hydrates rapidly. Used for Fracturing and as FR for stage
plug drillout with stick or coil. MM 200 performs significantly
well compared to other polymers in cold frac water. Hydrates
in less than 10 seconds at 33°F while maintaining its proppant
carrying and friction reduction properties. MM 200 at higher
dosages (0.3-0.5%) will suspend sand. Therefore only one
chemical is required ...don’t have to switch from FR to Guar. In
hot wells, MM 200 & 201 remains stable at temperatures above
300°F. Both products can be broken with standard breakers.

recovery. Rtn Pls X-15 successfully runs at lower dosages (0.25

stabilizer as part of it’s makeup as well as an anti-foamer.

allowing them to be removed by solids control equipment,
thus maintaining the quality and efficiency of the system. This
lubricant acts as an excellent corrosion inhibitor and oxygen
